We had a one bedroom apartment. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We stayed 7 days and could always get fresh beach or bathroom towels when needed, coffee / tea, or toilet paper. Ideally located, close to beach, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. We didn't use either pool but they seemed nice. We were at the beach every day. Although fitted out for a person with a disability, our bathroom was fine. Not putting the shower on super hard meant that we weren't flooding the floor unnecessarily. The washer / dryer was fabulous too. Definitely will return.

Very Helpful and friendly receptionists especially Paige on both entering and departing the resort. We stayed in a penthouse. It had beautiful views and was peaceful and quiet. The stairs up to spa I felt were extremely steep and unsafe considering people are using a spa and coming back with wet bodies or feet on wooden steps. They were poorly designed as were unfortunately both the bathrooms. The ensuite door opened into and up against the toilet and it required constant maneuvering around it to get to toilet. Simply removing the ensuite door and putting in a sliding door would easily fix that and give a sense of space back in the bathroom and for ease of getting in and out. Well-furnished apartment and spacious, although very outdated and dark kitchen. Bed very comfortable. However, for the price I would choose somewhere else next time. Although it was wonderful to have easy access to Coles next door and also to the cafes below and also underground parking. A very pleasant stay but not great value and we didn't have the wow factor we were hoping for, considering what we paid. We did appreciate the staff helpfulness and their great attitudes, and it was a lovely surprise to be left a handwritten card and bottle of bubbly. All the apartments are individually owned so nothing is standardised which can leave you with a lucky dip when staying there which really has no benefits for the guests.

Lovely resort. Great pool(s) and the gym was pretty well set-up - had free weights up to 50kg or so and two benches in addition to the usual cable equipment and cardio. Nice spa bath in my room that I could see through a glass window although no direct access to the bathroom (you have to walk around, down a hallway and into the bathroom). The resort only lost points because of the musty smell from the bathroom, and the front-desk service lady had a pretty poor attitude on the day we checked in. I will be back though :)

I have stayed here 3 times, with family and also just with partner. I would recommend the 2-bedroom apartments over the 1-bedroom suites. The larger apartments have more space and more comfortable to stay in. The view is amazing (however they are renovating pavilion restaurant which is at the front of hotel so it’s little ugly at the moment). Staff are really nice and helpful if you have any issues which I really appreciate. The facilities are great - the pool is nice, large gym, sauna, game room, outdoor barbecue. The location is amazing it’s so close to the esplanade, beach and at the back you have your own entrance to Cole’s which is amazing for those who don’t want to drive or walk too far. The building is rather outdated and does not feel modern which I found to be more of an issue in the 1-bedroom suites as 1-2 days is enough as you cannot escape the outdated features which start to get annoying (bed was hard as a rock, old doors, old bathroom, small kitchen, old fridge, old couch, old chairs on small balcony, no internet reception, the washing machine was 2-1 which made its so difficult to dry clothes properly) where as in the 2-bedroom it didn’t feel as old and found everything a lot more convenient . It’s pretty expensive for what you get - I don’t think I would stay here again unless I was staying in the 2-bed as it’s better value for money and more comfortable.

Everything was wonderful for our short stay. Staff members were friendly and knowledgeable, amenities were great, room had everything we needed and it was within walking distance to everything. It ticked my big 3 boxes - comfortable bed, bedroom dark enough to sleep in, and room to change in the bathroom. The only things I'd change would be to make all the games room activities free, and have a spa inside with the indoor pool.
