Checked in today and want to leave already. The view is the best thing about our “one bedroom apartment”. The “bedroom” is right near the front door in the hallway, not a separate bedroom. The apartment apart from the living room is 3.5 stars at best. For the price we paid it’s extremely disappointing. Very old bathroom with thin scratchy towels, old popcorn dirty ceilings with old light fittings, the list goes on. I’ve never complained about a hotel before but looking at flights to go home early. Update - I was contacted by a lovely staff member who offered us a nicer apartment. She went out of her way to accommodate us, we really appreciate it, thank you.

Stayed two nights and had a one bedroom apartment with ocean view. On arrival that lady that greeted us was friendly and welcoming. View was beautiful and room was spotless clean. While the room furnishings were a little dated the bed was very comfortable. Great location close to many restaurants and beach walks. Will be back again.

Very Helpful and friendly receptionists especially Paige on both entering and departing the resort. We stayed in a penthouse. It had beautiful views and was peaceful and quiet. The stairs up to spa I felt were extremely steep and unsafe considering people are using a spa and coming back with wet bodies or feet on wooden steps. They were poorly designed as were unfortunately both the bathrooms. The ensuite door opened into and up against the toilet and it required constant maneuvering around it to get to toilet. Simply removing the ensuite door and putting in a sliding door would easily fix that and give a sense of space back in the bathroom and for ease of getting in and out. Well-furnished apartment and spacious, although very outdated and dark kitchen. Bed very comfortable. However, for the price I would choose somewhere else next time. Although it was wonderful to have easy access to Coles next door and also to the cafes below and also underground parking. A very pleasant stay but not great value and we didn't have the wow factor we were hoping for, considering what we paid. We did appreciate the staff helpfulness and their great attitudes, and it was a lovely surprise to be left a handwritten card and bottle of bubbly. All the apartments are individually owned so nothing is standardised which can leave you with a lucky dip when staying there which really has no benefits for the guests.

Had a three bedroom unit for work and was thrilled with the space, the views, the awesome staff and the fun little promotions they had at the time (free popcorn, wine etc). The pool was a nice bonus and we all took advantage of a post work swim! Thanks for having us, would definitely stay again

This place is a delight. Rooms are fully self-contained with even a washing machine/ dryer. Staff are friendly, there’s an indoor pool and location is great. No F&B in the hotel but with so many eateries nearby, it really doesn’t matter.👍🏻
