We absolutely loved our stay! The cleanliness was outstanding, and the service from reception through to the room and breakfast was excellent. The breakfast was absolutely divine – especially the fresh smoothies. Our room with the spa made our days so relaxing, and the beautiful design and spaciousness added to the experience. The room service was 10/10 – every time we returned, the room was spotless and we truly felt like we were in heaven. The staff were warm and welcoming, always happy to assist. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well. The spa in our room was the perfect way to unwind after exploring. The hotel had such a calm, modern atmosphere, and the location was ideal. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Honeymoon couple travelling with a 9 month old baby. Location was great. Size of room was good. Staff were friendly. We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment which was really kind of them. We would have struggled for space with a 9 month old baby in the one bedroom apartment. The downsides include the complex being a little run down. There are no lifts. There was Mould in washing machine. Inadequate number of umbrellas around the pool and no one monitoring the policy of people not reserving Lounges. This Made it difficult to enjoy the pool with a baby. Sand on apartment floor the day we checked in. Bare essentials provided in the kitchen. For example there was no peeler. I think for the price we paid we were a little disappointed.

Fantastic if too brief stay at Peppers. Lagoon pool a huge hit with the children and the swim up bar! Staff were so attentive and nothing was too much bother, and were so kind to the children. Room was huge and clean, and an upgrade to a 2 bed suite was an added bonus. Thank you for a memorable stay, boys and I already planning a return!

We had a great 3 night stay in an ocean view room. We made use of the day spa during our stay for a one hour relaxation massage. The experience in the day spa was great, with Maddy providing a wonderful treatment. Breakfast was good but definitely recommend getting out to the surrounding restaurants and cafes as well, as they have some great food options.

We just spent a week here for our honeymoon and it could not have been more perfect. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and attentive - from the check in staff, the housekeeping staff and the hospitality staff. We had the most relaxing week away. Buffet breakfast every day was DELICIOUS.
