The team are incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with. We recently expanded business overseas to Beijing and the opportunity to use the Servcorp offices abroad was fantastic! The set up is the same, the location equally as impressive and the team just as helpful as Adelaide. It felt like a familiar home which was refreshing! Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking providing you give 3 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
