For this price, this is a great location to stay while in Adelaide. The staff is very friendly and really willing to help. The rooms are modern and will have the things you need. The buffet breakfast in the morning actually worked out quite well for us. Personally I didn't sleep well on the beds, a bit too hard and the sheets didn't fit to be tucked in on both sides, you'd lie on the rubber if you moved around too quickly. The shower was great, with plenty of space, but a toilet brush would be appreciated in the room.

Well-presented modern hotel with reasonable pricing and clean facilities. Beds and pilllows were very comfortable. Breakfast was included and featured a variety of dishes/beverages within a clean and spacious dining area. Location was very convenient being walking distance to tram stops and Rundle Mall. The reception staff gave the impression they do not enjoy their jobs very much but they warmed up eventually. Remember, a smile and friendliness goes a long way! The security guard was very nice. Overall, we had a positive experience and am glad we booked here.

Great location, rooms are comfortable and modern, though my room didn’t seem to be soundproofed enough as I could clearly hear people on our floor talking, thumping music from the club next door and flushing of toilet water from next room. Breakfast was reasonable and plentiful. No parking onsite.

Perfect location at a good price. Clean, comfortable rooms. Centre of CBD. Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet in room, very little outside noise. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I checked into this hotel on 3/1/24. I put a tin of coke in my room's fridge the same day. The tin of coke was still in the fridge on 5/1/24 in the morning but disappeared in the evening. It was not a big issue, but I wanted to know who took the tin of coke, so I informed the front desk that night. On 7/1/24, there was no response to me. I inquired with the male staff again when I finished my breakfast. He said that he would get back to me later on. I was disappointed that there was no response or reply from them until I left the hotel on 10/1/24. From my perspective, a tin of coke is not valuable, but I think it is worth giving feedback to your staff for information and to maintain the quality of service. Thank you for your attention.
