I haven't stayed here but was looking to, however turned off about the lack of information about my specific enquiries, I'm so sick of staying in hotels and hearing the TV or an argument in the next room, and I also have a tall vehicle over 2m. Couldn't find information about soundproofing or parking options for vehicles higher than 2m on your website. I called, the first girl didn't know and transferred me to reception, when I asked about if the rooms where quiet, I had to ask 3 times before she said there were some rooms that are quieter than others (doesn't sound convincing at all) and when asked about parking for vehicles taller than 2m, she told me their parking had a height limit of 2m which I already knew and that there are other public parking like u Park and Wilson's around, again I already knew this but still no options for vehicles taller than 2m. Rooms look really nice, but given the hotel just down the road offers soundproofing, velet parking for vehicles of any height and it's $100 cheaper for the 3 nights I want to stay in Adelaide, all of this information available on the website. Looks like I'll be staying there instead.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights over the weekend for his birthday. We originally booked a standard king room but once arriving in the room we felt it was too small for two nights so we rang reception to see if we could upgrade, they were so helpful and were up in our room within 5 minutes to move us to a premium king corner room on level 19. We were so glad we upgraded as the views were amazing. We booked breakfast with the room and were so surprised at the quality of the food, i'm not usually one to love buffet but it was delicious! Nancey in the breakfast restaurant was so helpful and remembered us each morning. We would stay at Crowne again any day.

We had the most wonderful 3 night stay in January for my daughters birthday. The front staff are so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is conveniently close to many restaurants and bars. The hotel is super clean as it's quite new, the beds are soft and comfortable! Recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Adelaide.

Great hotel with excellent rooms and amenities. Slippers, robes, and complimentary water are always nice. Casting on TVs also works well. Very lovely staff but it seems some of them are not very good with business bookings. This caused some issues on the charges for me. But both times, it was fixed fast with a phone call. For me, the only downside was the pool. It was outdoor only accessible during daytime and warm weather, and no indoor showers.

Location is amazing. On site parking. Level 10 is eating area. We also booked breakfast with our room. Beautiful buffet breakfast with amazing views of Adelaide Hills and the the city. Infinity pool was beautiful. Even has access to pool for those in wheelchairs. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Always there to help. Ceiling to floor windows in our room for perfect view. Also has restaurant in level 10 if you want lunch or dinner. This hotel is luxury.
