I travel a lot for work and the Crown sets a new benchmark for quality, experience, and kindness. The room was phenomenal, spacious, and super high ceilings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, sheets amazing. Room service each day was amazing, they left little notes, everything in the apartment was extremely clean. The remote felt like they were cleaned and sanitised each day. My stay included the breakfast buffet on level 10, a freshly made omelette or eggs Benedict, fresh juice, cheeses, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, bacon, pancakes, waffles, mushroom, baked beans, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs. Given the sun rises so late, not much was open when I woke up and went for my walks. As a Queenslander the breakfast was a sabing grace. Stayed here for 4 nights. Room was clean and tidy. All staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was awesome, it has children section complete with marshmallows and chocolate dip! Location was great as well just nearby Adelaide Botanical Garden. The only downside for me personally was this hotel is completely cashless, so for someone like me who likes to bring cash, it’s a bit hard. Overall it was great experience, recommended hotel for everyone! 🙂🙂

I have stayed at the crowne multiple times now and every time I am not disappointed. I have stayed their for nights in town, getaway and day before surgery. I LOVE room service! The staff are polite and nice. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great hotel for kids/family or as a couple.

I really like this hotel. It’s awfully clean and well presented. It does feel a little lacking in personality, can’t put my finger on why though. It’s comfy and has a great view, reception is on level 10 which is pretty cool. The one drawback is the line-up to get into breakfast. I mean, it is Mother’s Day today, but a 20 minute wait just to get in for breakfast is very frustrating.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Adelaide twice in April 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. A beautiful hotel and the rooms (king premium city view)we stayed in on the 19th floor were immaculate. The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance of Rundle Mall and the free trams. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was amazing. Special thanks to the night manager Viraj who was very helpful to us and also thanks to Tim and all the staff in the Koomo restaurant who were very friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable.
