I always stay at Crowne Plaza Adelaide, and it continues to impress me with its fantastic service and atmosphere. The hotel is exceptionally neat and clean, with a great ambiance, especially on level 10. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. Plus, the location is ideal for enjoying the vibrant city vibes. While I haven’t had the chance to try the restaurant yet, as I’ve been eating outside, I did try the fish and chips at the Luna Bar on level 10. Unfortunately, this was a bit of a letdown. Despite the nice presentation, the quality of the fish wasn’t great, and I didn’t enjoy the taste at all. I left the bar feeling unsatisfied, even though I was quite hungry. That said, the overall seating and atmosphere at the bar are fantastic, which deserves a mention. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, cleanliness, and prime location, but I would suggest passing on the fish and chips at the Luna Bar.

We had an exceptional stay at Crowne Plaza Adelaide! They accommodated our early check-in with a warm welcome, which set the tone for our visit. The pool was fantastic—our 8-year-old absolutely loved swimming there! The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed inviting friends over for a hospitable treat in the hotel's restaurant, where the service and atmosphere were top-notch. Overall, a wonderful experience that we can't wait to repeat!

We normally stay in boutique hotels but overall really enjoyed the stay at Crowne. The room (1402) has the most STUNNING views! Wow! The facilities were all lovely and clean. Bar was nice - typical bar you'd expect in a hotel like this. Wish the weather was warmer to swim in the pool as it looks beautiful. Breakfast quality could do with some work - we found the food quite cold on all 3 mornings but the range they offer is super impressive! Miriam was super lovely to talk to on our last breakfast sitting.

Being my first visit to Adelaide, I wasn't sure where to stay. I chose Crowne Plaza Adelaide as I've stayed in other IHG hotels before and loved the super comfy beds, the quality amenities, and the friendly staff. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Xcaret at check-in, who explained the hotel layout (especially the restaurant, gym, and pool on Level 10) and also marked some city features on a desktop map. What a lovely introduction to your beautiful hotel and city! My room is a corner suite on one of the higher floors, with floor to ceiling windows and views over the city & Adelaide Oval (about 400m away). This would be a great room to watch fireworks from. The photos from the room are spectacular! (The first three photos are panoramic , moving in a clockwise direction to show the whole room), which is generously spacious and super clean. The attention to detail is superb. If you're coming to Adelaide, I encourage you to stay here. Relax, rest, recuperate.. The hotel is close to the botanic gardens, the zoo and adjoins a restaurant precinct - there's no limit on the dining options available! It's time to explore!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Crowne Plaza, Adelaide. The location is perfect with many restaurants and shopping centres nearby. The staff are super friendly. I had an evening flight and they helped me with a late checkout. The rooms are super clean and the lounge area is cozy and not crowded at any time during the day. I suggest opting in for the buffet breakfast which is made fresh and includes many options to choose from. I especially recommend their chef made omelette which you can customize.
