We had an exceptional stay at Crowne Plaza Adelaide! They accommodated our early check-in with a warm welcome, which set the tone for our visit. The pool was fantastic—our 8-year-old absolutely loved swimming there! The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed inviting friends over for a hospitable treat in the hotel's restaurant, where the service and atmosphere were top-notch. Overall, a wonderful experience that we can't wait to repeat!

Had a great four day stay here, room was big enough for myself and was cleaned daily. The restaurant had a great menu and the pool was good for cooling down after watching the Adelaide 500 show. Very central close to supermarkets and all staff were very friendly.

I always stay at Crowne Plaza Adelaide, and it continues to impress me with its fantastic service and atmosphere. The hotel is exceptionally neat and clean, with a great ambiance, especially on level 10. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. Plus, the location is ideal for enjoying the vibrant city vibes. While I haven’t had the chance to try the restaurant yet, as I’ve been eating outside, I did try the fish and chips at the Luna Bar on level 10. Unfortunately, this was a bit of a letdown. Despite the nice presentation, the quality of the fish wasn’t great, and I didn’t enjoy the taste at all. I left the bar feeling unsatisfied, even though I was quite hungry. That said, the overall seating and atmosphere at the bar are fantastic, which deserves a mention. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, cleanliness, and prime location, but I would suggest passing on the fish and chips at the Luna Bar.

Love the hotel and the location is great for us. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The amenities are ideal. The food and beverages are also great. Have stayed here before and will again. The Junior suite we stayed in was exactly what I wanted regarding the size etc. Highly recommend to everyone. The view from the 20th floor where our room is located.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Adelaide and couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. The location is fantastic—within easy walking distance to the main sightseeing sights in the city, vibrant restaurants, bars, and shops of East End, with Rundle Mall and the West End also just a comfortable stroll away. The double standard room was spacious and well-designed, with a good-sized bathroom and great amenities, including a coffee machine, bar fridge, and quality toiletries. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh options, and the barista coffee was top-notch. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Adelaide!
