Great location, super easy check-in, lovely bathroom, loved the little extra thought for our anniversary đ. We had a balcony room and a screen door would have been handy to enjoy the sea breeze without the bugs. LOVED the 11.00am checkout which gave you time to savour breakfast.

Beautiful place to watch the sunset and sunrise, so close to numerous eateries in Glenelg. Love this place, just wish all rooms had a balcony, apart from that staff were friendly and accommodating. Definitely be back

Spectacular hotel! Old world charm, old fashioned, genuine hospitality with modern rooms and facilities overlooking the ocean. It doesnât get much better. Located the heart of Glenelg with ocean views, we couldnât fault our stay. All staff members we encountered went over and above to assist and make our stay enjoyable. Cant recommend highly enough. We will definitely be back.

Review for the Grand Hotel Bar - Carlton Dry pop up tent front. I recently visited the Grand Hotel Bar and had a disappointing experience with their Coca-Cola. After purchasing a can, I discovered it was expired. I brought it to the staffâs attention, hoping theyâd promptly remove the remaining stock to ensure other guests wouldnât encounter the same issue. However, I was surprised to see that the expired Coca-Colas remained available for sale even after my report. This oversight on something as simple as checking expiry dates reflects poorly on quality control. If you plan to visit, be cautious about what you order. Itâs concerning to see expired products still offered to customers despite clear feedback. Not recommended if quality assurance matters to you.

The service here was amazing. The staff very friendly and attentive, a glass of bubbles on arrival, bags removed from car and taken to your room. The buffet breakfast was good and dinner in the Promenade very tasty.we had the arancinii and the lamb shoulder. Bed was very comfortable and the reasonably clean but the chairs in room 602 were very grubby. Apart from that, great place to stay.
