Great hotel close to pretty much everything including the railway station and tram stops with convenience shops , cafes and pubs all around. The police station is all but next door. Our room was just a little tired but comfortable and very clean. The hotel has all you need , pool, restaurant and great bar. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. No hesitation in returning!!

Our experience at the Grand Chancellor was truly delightful. The staff was warm and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a charming and cheerful receptionist who made the check-in process seamless and enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room that was impeccably arranged, offering a high level of comfort and attention to detail. The hotel's facilities were outstanding, surpassing those of any property I have visited before. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable experience in Adelaide.

Great value hotel! We stayed in a king room with a lovely big king size bed. The location is fantastic, so close to bars, restaurants and Rundle Mall. We got breakfast included and the buffet options were fantastic. We had the option of having a mini housekeep and received a $10 food and beverage voucher for each day we chose this option. You just need to hang the sign on your door before 7am. We used the vouchers in the bar which was great. The only down side is the car park, it is very tight and you need to be careful to leave room so u can open your car door. I recommend car park 49 which is between 2 poles and has more room. Overall we were very happy with our stay here 😊

Hotel Grand Chancellor is one of my favourite hotels to stay at. Great location even though it's in Hindley Street with night life you wouldnt know it - the rooms are noise proof. Rooms are comfortable clean and modern. Amazing breakfast. Great little bar area so you can enjoy a drink before heading out. Highly recommend.

Was warmly welcomed and room was ready, spic and span!, with a great view over the pool area. Pool nice for relaxing under umbrellas, with plenty of space for families, staff were kept busy bringing cocktails poolside. Indoor common areas spacious for guests, with a lovely terrace restaurant, and a delicious range for either table or Room Service. Tried both, both excellent, well done chefs!! Bar area could do with a refresh of menu, nevertheless Grand Chancellor chain offers good overall experience.
