I really enjoyed my stay at the Grand Chancellor Hotel. The service was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable. The on-site gym and sauna were great additions, and room service was well-priced. The hotel is also conveniently located in the heart of the city. I was here for a three-day conference and found it to be a great venue with a fantastic atmosphere. The food provided during the event was healthy and well-prepared. A tip for future guests, if you’d like to include breakfast, booking it the night before makes it cheaper. Unsure about car park.

Loved my stay here. Huge room. The pool and spa were clean and enjoyable. The restaurant was delicious. The bar was also very nice. The staff were great. Travelled in April and spent 3 nights here and would love to stay again. Close to everything you need: public transport, river, zoo, shops and a small supermarket a few doors down.

The staff are the added bonus to an amazing stay at this accommodation. Great location, especially if you were one of the rugby union fans! Every staff member I had an interaction with was awesome, helpful, friendly, giving of their time, even when extremely busy!

Stayed June 9 and 10 then June 15 and 16. Both stays were exceptional. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, food was readily available and good quality. Our every request was met immediately. Many thanks to the excellent team at the Hotel Grand Chancellor Adelaide.

We had a wonderful experience in Hotel Grand Chancellor. It is in a convenient location and is within the walking distance to Rundle Mall, many convenient shops, cafes and tram stops. It has underground car park and the package that we chose included the parking and $50 voucher for food. The room is huge and accommodates nearly two queen-sized bed. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. We had a wonderful sleep and refused to get up. The staff was very helpful and polite. We saw the heated pool and found many people enjoyed swimming or in the spa day and night even though temperature was only a few degrees outside. The Sixty Bistro (Hotel restaurant) provides a variety of choices of dishes. We had in-room dining. The serve was generous and very tasty. The seafood was fresh and amazing. The Expresso Martini creme brulee was amazing with a ting of martini, and coffee. The morning breakfast buffet provides a variety of hot and continental choices. We enjoyed the scramble eggs and croissants with spinach cheese and chutney. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely return if we visit Adelaide again.
