Booked off booking.com, looked good. Place is clean, nice rooms, great service. Would book again. Used gym and pool/spa. Central to everything if walking, right in CBD, close to malls, restaurants and activities.

Great place to stay but will not be staying again as the last 3-4 times I’ve been there they have taken a bond of $50 a night usually $100-150 plus the $200 odd a night! So not cheap then to add insult to this charge you for paying on a credit card extra even after only taking the agreed amount plus bond (bond needs to be payed on card) so take money out of your bond to cover paying by card! Then the worst thing you check out on your dew date they charge your card for your stay 3 days later while still having a hold for the full amount including the bond and stay for 7 days! In my case overdrawing my account costing me overdrawn fee!! Had to ring and ask them why they always say we release it the day of check out but this time it was oh sorry we will fax yes I said FAX your bank to release the funds 7 days later!! Really bad customer service!!!!!!!

The hotel Grand Chancellor was a pleasant surprise. As we did not pay top dollar, we expected basic. It is more than that. The rooms are modern and clean. We thought there would be a queen size bed, but it was a very comfortable king. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist welcoming and very helpful. The lift going directly from the basement parking garage to our floor was greatly appreciated when lugging cases. There is a dining room which also offers room service. The location is perfect. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

An amazing stay at Grand Chancellor in Adelaide. The service was amazing, and 24 hour room service. We paid the extra $50 to have a 2pm checkout and midday breakfast bacon and egg roll in bed. Well worth checking in and checking it out!

I was there on Saturday and as someone who’s been in hospitality for more than 4 years I could see the level of professionalism and approachability of the staff there especially Ray, he served us at the bar and we talked for a bit and the level of the service provided was just phenomenal! Hope he sees this at some point. A plus! Thank you for accommodating us and making us feel special!
