Bethany, Olivia and Jemimah have been absolutely incredible from the moment I first enquired about setting up an office within Servcorp's Hobart office. Welcoming, attentive, kind, considerate... Nothing has been out of question. I could not fault anything. Having moved interstate, they have made me feel so welcome and taken the stress away from setting the office up and getting comfortable. Every little detail has been thought of. I cannot say thank you enough!

Update on 13/12/2023: Terminate the agreement. Summarizing the situation: 1. Initially, a promising workspace was shown, but after signing the agreement, the location was changed or the price for the initially promised space increased. 2. When challenged based on the signed agreement, they claim it's incorrect or invalid. 3. Additionally, they manipulate situations, including the use of excuses to shift responsibility onto you, such as restrictions on placing personal belongings in the office, which were not disclosed before the agreement was signed. I will upload the communication details later. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update on 12/12/2023: This morning, the manager locked my door and moved my personal belongings without obtaining any permission or authorization ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After staying for over three months at Servcorp, I've encountered an unexpected situation. During the email communication, the manager showcased a promising workspace, yet upon signing the agreement, they demanded relocation to a different space under the threat of increased charges for the initially shown location. Upon discussing this discrepancy with the manager, I was told that the signed agreement was incorrect. Before making any decisions, I highly recommend researching 'Servcorp ACCC' to gain better insight into their practices and policies.
