Absolutely lovely staff in a relatively cheap modern hotel which has a 24/7 reception and clean amenities with included parking. OVERALL: Would recommend. Had a really good night's sleep... Note: they don't do late check out under any circumstance. We ended up checking in very late into the evening/early morning.

Absolutely exceptional rooms, couldn't find fault with the room at all! It was so clean, hygienic and totally not what I was expecting. The service and breakfast were fantastic too. Will definitely be returning again in the future!

My partner booked this hotel for me. When I was checking in with his credit card on 1st Oct at around 4pm, the lady at the hotel front desk was rude and unprofessional, accused me of using a lost/ stolen credit card and refuse to let me check in. Now I would understand if there's some sort of policies, but she didn't bother to explain to me in a professional way or give an option for my partner to verify and authorise me to use his credit card. She said I could have been using a card I found that belongs to a random person. I said I'm happy to provide our marital certificate if that's what she needed. She stopped talking to me afterwards. Her male colleague was extremely helpful and professional, and assisted me with checking in using my own card. I could have insisted on using my partner's credit card and escalated the situation because it's hard to believe a business like this doesn't have any procedure for circumstances like this. In my humble opinion, both the front desk staff would benefit from training about company policies. The male staff was excellent at customer service and communication and shouldn't be bossed around by her. The lady either needs training for customer service and communication or a better attitude. Although I had a bad experience, the review score is 3 instead of 1 because everything except that one front desk lady was pleasant. The two other ladies when I check out next day were completely fine and professional.

What a great little place. We had a 2am check in and reception staff were so great and accommodating. The rooms are so clean and very comfy. Great location for what we needed. If ever we are back in this area, we will certainly stay here again

The best place!!!! Meals excellent and staff lovely! Young manager there who has a beard, always smiling 😃 A delight!!!!
