With our newly renovated Meeting Room, we can accommodate for any need. With a capacity of 20, we can style the room to your requirements; theatre, u-shape, class room or cocktail. Your functions may be hosted at our Gardiners Run venue on Victoria Rd in Lilydale depending on your conference requirements. With a scrumptious selection of menu packages including finger food, afternoon tea and breakfast, there are plenty of options to suit your needs. The Country Club also has a range of equipment for hire, including whiteboards and multimedia screens plus more. Room hire starts from just $150.00 a session.

Family lunch right before Christmas. Nice venue, food all very tasty and arrived promptly even though the restaurant was absolutely heaving. Quite a large open space - a bit echo-y and acoustics not ideal for older family members with hearing problems on this busy day. Outside area was busy and looked to be a nice spot to sit on a warm day. Staff were happy to accommodate our larger booking with pram & high chairs. We would return.

I actually have no idea why we keep giving this place our money - from the guy at the front desk who seems to think anything you ask for requires an eye roll like its too hard or your too stupid to understand how things work - to the EXTREMELY RUDE staff. At our mum wake they asked a mourner to get everyone to leave then we stupidly book to have a party there and spoke with the right people to ensure we had the outdoor space only to get there and we are shoved inside in the corner..... seriously just go somewhere where 1, they actually want people to be there and 2, they understand customer service! I'm devastated.

Booked a table for 6 yesterday, it was lovely but left waiting 45 minutes for main meals to arrive. Others who turned up after us were served before us. Also they charge $5 for coffee and last couple of times now it hasn't been hot. I did note that to them when I ordered it but still not hot when it eventually arrived, which took along time.

We recently had our annual leadership day at CPCC, it was a wonderful experience! Barb and the team ensure everything is organised, the food was excellent and it was a large quiet space we used and managed to be very productive. Will definitely be booking again

Friendly atmosphere, meals reasonably priced, great outside area for kids. Didn't have to wait too long for meals. Good venue all round
