We visited twice so far, once 5mo ago and this month. The food was thoughtful and delicious, with excellent service and a suitable dining atmosphere. The kingfish starter, steak and the pasta are the highlights. The price range is reasonable. Would return soon :)

We had dinner here for my birthday. We appreciate all effort made by Rakesh, from ensuring us that we are comfortable to buying my little toddler an ice cream from next door, we were in awe with the service he gave. This type of service is really rare nowadays! Food wise, we find the Crab linguine and beef ragu too salty to our liking, the burrata, kingfish, beef short-rib and octopus were delish!!! The rib-eye steak was so-so, came cold when served. I didn’t like the cos lettuce as they weren’t crunchy anymore. Will definitely come back here to try their Thursday Steak Night!

For me, going to a restaurant is all about having full experience, but tonight we didn't feel special. dining details in Mrs Jackson needs a lot of improvement: i.e. cleaning tables and timing between the courses. We had to order bread and butter because it took so long for our main course and we were so hungry. It would be good to have bread and butter served for free, so even if the timing is long, people don't complain. Also, the wine bottle was brought to the table without any glasses. After we got the glasses, the waiter just left them on the table, and we had to top up our own wine glasses. It would be nice if he topped up the first one at least. All the tables around us were complaining about the poor timing. The food was amazing but took a long time and had small portions. It was overpriced, so it doesn't feel worth it. If they improve the service and portion sizes, I would come back to this restaurant and give it another chance.

Thoroughly enjoyed my recent dining experience at Ms Jackson’s. Food was very tasty, ambience was great. Fantastic little place for a little girls night. Super accomodating for dietaries, only disappointment was that they ran out of gluten free focaccia :’) highly recommend

I def recommend the drinks here. Mine is Ms Jackson, and the red cup is Cherry Bom. The small dish of Grilled Octopus was the charm of the night. The sauces and veg went well with each other. The texture of the octopus surprised me as it was tasty, fulfilled and different. The beefsteak was so-so. Not really special. It could be better. The market fish is on my bottom list. The texture was too lean, which I didn't like personally. The sauce was not my fave either. The side dish was the worst. Too oily because it had nothing but carrots with butter. Other than that, the service was terrific. They were polite and had their own styles. Love it!
