We enjoyed our stay at Novotel. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Loved that the pool Was 24 hours. The disappointment was breakfast. When we arrived, the buffet was basically empty. It took them along Time to replace and it wasn’t all replaced. Staff seemed disorganized and unsure of what was going on. Don’t bother with the buffet, waste of time and money

Very pleasant staff. Nice and quiet rooms. Very comfortable beds. Great place to stay if you are working in the eastern suburbs. Lots of choices when it comes to food in the area and a great restaurant in house. Great value for money.

As a Diamond member, it was put in a room on the 2nd floor with a view of a roof top. I stayed one night to see what it would be like for future travel. Don't think I'll be back. Responsible service of alcohol needs to be reviewed, no need to go into details why. One good thing at breakfast they have a machine that squeezed fresh orange juice. Staff where very nice.

This hotel has a nice buffet breakfast, great size rooms, friendly staff, a great gym, heated pool and two Saunas. It's also perfect for work as it has conference rooms that can hold 50 to 100 people. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars as well. Definitely will be back here!

Beds were really comfortable, air-conditioned to keep rooms nice & cool... views aren't the best ours was a cement wall- luckily we were mostly there to sleep. Pool looked amazing but we didn't get a chance to try it... lots of complimentary water places throughout the hotel.. The buffet breakfast was amazing & kids eat free with the adults!
