Although I only stayed one night, the whole experience was enjoyable. The hotel was easily accessed from Springvale Road. Reception staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Car parking was all one level and there were plenty of car parks for the night that I was there. The hotel is nicely furnished and my room was comfortable, clean and had all that I needed. I was given an upgrade, so the king room was quite spacious. The Meze restaurant is on site, serving both Indian and traditional food. Service was prompt and my meal at dinner time was tasty and reasonably priced.

The location is wonderfully convenient, with numerous restaurants and shops in close proximity, making it easy to explore the area. The room is clean and cozy, providing a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. The food offered is also quite tasty, though there may be opportunities to expand the menu options for an even better experience. Overall, this place has a solid foundation, and with a few enhancements, it could be exceptional.

Very pleasant staff. Nice and quiet rooms. Very comfortable beds. Great place to stay if you are working in the eastern suburbs. Lots of choices when it comes to food in the area and a great restaurant in house. Great value for money.

It was 4 walls and a roof, you know? Not much more. Dinner in the restaurant was nice. Rooms were clean. The $39 breakfast includes, amongst other things: luke warm, soggy bacon; bulk runny scrambled eggs; baked beans; mushrooms; and a pretty ordinary coffee machine. The juice was good. Paid for the week parking at $27 per day, only to find that the parking I paid for had been used on the second night! They allowed for overflow because they had a function - although that was not my concern. I went there for work, and it was refused to bill expenses back to work, which was frustrating. On the way out, they have sent an email with an overall invoice (without some charges/receipts included), then a follow up email that asks for a review - which I would have done in preference to this, but the feedback form doesn't work! Not my first choice when I go back to Melbourne. Not in my top 10.

We enjoyed our stay at Novotel. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Loved that the pool Was 24 hours. The disappointment was breakfast. When we arrived, the buffet was basically empty. It took them along Time to replace and it wasn’t all replaced. Staff seemed disorganized and unsure of what was going on. Don’t bother with the buffet, waste of time and money
