We moved in to Clarence a few weeks ago. When we first met with Susan, we had only about a fortnight in which to open our firm. The team at Clarence could not have been more accommodating, friendly and helpful. Within a few hours of first meeting Susan, we had negotiated and signed a lease agreement with Clarence. They ordered all of our IT requirements, and Ash was fantastic and responsive with the installation / roll-out. Rijosh designed and built our website, which we couldn't be more happy with (both in terms of it's quality and cost) If you are a new law firm and need help with a set up - I couldn't recommend the team at Clarence more highly. They truly are invested in making sure you succeed.

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking providing you give 5 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
