We are here for Australia Open, that location is only twenty minutes walk to the park so that you don't need to worry about transportations even if you watch the night sections that might ended around midnight. Our family came for 1 week and booked a premium one room suit, and i am impressed with how spacious the room is specially situated in the heart of city and the well equipped kitchen, the washer and DRYER!!! They are just perfect for summer when the whole family members are sweat and lot under the heat! One TV in the living room and another in the bedroom is also perfect for family members supporting different players. The shower room is also very spacious! Although I am allergic to carpet, the overall environment is very clean, and that doesn't trigger my sneezing! I am coming back after 4 days short trip to the great ocean road. Highly recommended!

Close to everything. Clean and comfy. Great reception by professional staff. Earlier calls to modify booking resolved immediately. Great welcome note, wine, gift alongside upgrade in status. One of the rooms had an unreliable AC. Staff responded quickly. Provided fan while fixing. Ultimately offered room transfer.

Apartment was a good size with just about everything we required. Beds very comfortable with plenty of pillows. I do suggest having some cold water in the fridge along with some ice in freezer ( only empty ice tray ). Plenty of towels for showers and the pool. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Parking outside for reception was non existing so ended up going to the car park and calling them. Overall a very good stay.

We booked a total of four suites and while the three were decent and clean , the two bedroom suite where young kids were staying was not clean - floor was dirty. Upon request for cleaning, it was done and cleaning tools were left sort of leaving an impression to clean it yourself if you’re not happy. The staff were all very nice except for a gentleman named Darren who was not helpful at all. We’re now a Silver Tier because of these bookings, but unfortunately the stay fell short of expectations.

I paid premium price for the 2 bedroom apartment. It was dirty. The couch was soiled. The carpet was dirty. The windows were filthy. The pool was nothing like the photos. The room smelt musty and the aircon didn't work. The rooms and pool are nothing like the photos! Be aware. The pool was filthy. The room smelt musty. I started to itch when I was sitting on the couch. I would not recommend this place. The staff gaslight too. 🤦🏼♀️
