Extremely impressed with Adina on Flinders I booked this for my parents as my Mum had to stay in the city close to the hospital after surgery for 2 days. The wonderful staff were extremely attentive to their needs and offered an early check in to blend with her hospital discharge. If they saw my parents in the foyer they asked how my Mum was feeling and if there was anything they could assist with to make her more comfortable. The room was exceptional with views from 3 separate balconies, neat, tidy , plenty of space and comfortable allowing them to sit quietly, relax and recover. Thank you Adina and staff for making this experience a positive one.
Crazy
A return stay in the 2 bedroom accessible apartment. Amenities for people living with a disability this is a spacious, quiet and comfortable apartment. Bathroom has roll in shower, shower seat and grabrails. Doors comply with accessible standards. Kitchen has been set up for wheelchair users. The staff are friendly and courteous. I must acknowledge Bronte for her support and attention to meeting our specific requests. She is an asset to Adina on Flinders St. Such a brilliant location.

AMAZING & easy stay at Adina hotel on Flinders. We took our 10week old baby & stayed in a loft apartment for a week. The service was outstanding! all staff were friendly & helpful & our room was serviced daily to a high level of cleanliness. Great facilities & best location. Enjoyed our walks to Fed Square, the Tan, MCG and MC. Will definitely be returning.

Amazing service from the front desk staff to accommodate complex last-minute changes to our stay after our flight home was cancelled. Excellent central location - but bring earplugs as the streets are noisy late at night.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very poor experience. First, the room was dusty and didn’t seem like it had been properly cleaned at all. On top of that, there was a strange, unpleasant smell just outside the room that made the stay even more uncomfortable. Another major issue was the sofa bed, which wasn’t set up. I had to ask the receptionist for bedding and blankets, and while she repeatedly promised to send them up, they never arrived. It felt like I was being given empty promises, which added to the frustration. When I tried to follow up again with the receptionist, her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and bad customer care really affected my stay. I can’t recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their standards.
