My wife, daughter and I attended the Gold Class cinema on Sunday 12/01/25 and I'd messed up with my booking to see Conclave. The shift manager, Leigh, stepped in and took over and assisted me with a booking for the next session as the current session was booked out. Leigh was wonderful and gently explained my error with my on-line booking. Leigh and his team were fabulous - they were professionalism, helpful, friendly and, when the movie had commenced, discreetly moved about the theatre delivering food and drink to patrons. The cinema was clean, the chairs comfortable, the food was great and the whole experience was excellent. I highly recommend this cinema.

Village Cinema Southland offers a convenient location, right in front of restaurants, parking, and the main entrance, making it easy to get to. The cinema itself has a luxurious feel, adding to the movie-going experience. Booking tickets is quick and simple, making the whole process seamless. A great spot for a night out!

I am absolutely appalled with Village Cinemas and how they're happy to take money, but not provide any service or means of communicating when things go awry. I simply want to use my vouchers and see a movie, it shouldn't be a 2 day ordeal (and still not rectified)! No one is answering the 1300 number, ai chat goes in circles and is incapable of assisting me, and each time I want to deal with customer service, I have to re-enter my complaint into the 'contact us' form to get an email response, then they ignore my return emails. Most frustrating experience and handling of customers.

#WineDrip. A relaxed comfortable experience. My only criticism is that I was delivered a glass dripping from the stem with red wine. Consequently my clothes were red wine stained. I was handed the glass - & not sure if it was carried on a tray or not but clearly, when you're paying premium movie ticket and wine prices plus lying in a semi-recumbent position you'd expect the staff to be more alert to this.

Vmax more like VMinimum. Pay extra for vmax and get standard non-widescreen screens. And the move had started and the back lights were on. I had to ask them to turn it off. Ruined the whole movie experience.
