Had a great stay at the Travelodge, stayed for two nights and was pleasantly welcomed by the quality of the rooms. The buffet breakfast that was included with my booking was good quality and very convenient for the mornings! Also had a late checkout included at 12pm which is fantastic. Was supposed to have welcome drinks included as well but didn’t receive them, the only complaint I would have is that there was a woman at the front desk on between the 13-15th who wasn’t particularly pleasant and made my friend and I feel silly asking for her parking to be validated at the hotel guest price when she was checking out a day earlier than me. Apart from that was a great experience and would recommended :)

Great location especially for Marvel Stadium. We had issues with the Shower (the shower head was blocked ) called reception they said they'd send up maintenance so we waited for around 2 and a half hours before they just gave us another room. New room had drainage issues in the shower.

location: nice location, close to Marvel stadium. Room: good size room but the carpet definitely need a clean. 3/5 of us got allergy after just one night. Customer service: the lady who helped us checked in were super friendly. However the check out staff were the complete opposite, I was told that there was a walk in breakfast for one of us, I said none of us got any breakfast. Got asked the second time are we sure? I said I’m sure. I got asked the third time until I told her to check the security camera if needed! During the whole conversation I was given the side eye as if I’m trying to get a $20 free meal after spending more than $2k on a hotel! I wouldn’t return for this experience alone!

📍Perfectly situated (close to train station and trams stops) 🤑Reasonably priced 👍🏻Reception staff is welcoming and helpful. ✅Booking process system is quick and easy. 🙈However, the room service left much to be desired. While I expect a clean room, a made bed, and a restocked supply of essentials, like coffee packets during a hotel stay. 👎🏻Unfortunately, the housekeeping was consistently lacking. Every time we returned to our room, it was evident that the bed hadn’t been properly made, and basic amenities weren’t replenished as expected. 🏨It left me wondering whether the hotel is lacking proper supervision or if this is just a result of declining service standards. 🙏🏻I hope the hotel addresses these issues, as the overall experience could be much improved with attention to detail in room service.

Loved my stay at this Travelodge in Melbourne. Large spacious rooms with a coffee maker, refrigerator. Also an ice machine and laundry on the ground floor. Not much of a view. Breakfast is charged extra but is worth it. Service is just about non existent. The outdoor doors lock between 8 pm to 6 am but your key offers access. Definitely recommend this hotel. Very central with trams and buses just a six minute walk away.
