Location great. Foyer welcoming and well designed. Staff lovely. We’re disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms - unclean shower, floors under beds filthy. Overall poor upkeep - curtain wouldn’t close as off runners, broken fridge causing items to freeze. For $600 a night, would expect at least the rooms to be clean and functional.

First time there and thought it was great. Love a hotel block that isn't superstitious about a 13th floor :). Room comfy and a great location right behind Spencer St Station close to docklands (if you want a river cruise) at a great price. Had the buffet breakfast and food was good but lost heat quickly (in the holding pans). Hopefully they have that fixed after our feedback. Definitely worth a look.

Stayed for 3 days. Chose this specifically for it's location in the city. Nice receptionist. Rooms are of decent size equipped with the usual appliances and equipment but there was no hair dryer. Bathroom is also good. Overall, great stay.

This is located very close to the southern cross station, Melbourne. It's a few minutes walking distance. Front office staff helped us to get a room immediately on arrival even though our booking is from the afternoon. The rooms were neat and clean. Everyday housekeeping is also done to the fullest of our satisfaction. The room has everything required for a comfortable stay. Beds are spacious enough for one person (two in one room). The chair and table are sufficient enough to carry out any office work. The microwave oven and small refrigerator were very useful. Basic plates, cups and cutlery sets were very useful. Kettle, coffee powder, dip tea bags and sugar were also very useful. The only missing item was the tooth brush and paste. Toilets are maintained neat and clean. Sufficient towels are provided.

Recent 3 night stay (March 2024). Bathroom needs a good scrub. Brown ring around drain in hand basin, dirty shower with black dirty corners of shower bay. Beds not made, top cover pulled over messy bed underneath. Business needs to employ a conscientious cleaner. Staff at reception, friendly and obliging. Great location.
