We had a problem with our room during our stay, however, the staff all the up to the Manager where so humble and responsive and I cannot thank the team enough. It is great to see good old fashioned style service in such a modern, clean and great location venue. Thank you and we will certainly be staying there again.

I recently stayed in a one bedroom apartment with park views and loved it. The check in process was so easy and loved that I could park on the property. The bed was so comfortable and the room was well equipped. One of my favourite places to stay and would highly recommend. Will definitely be back Great staff who were happy to help with anything needed. Wish there were more people like this in the industry

Nice & relaxing hotel on the foreshore. Rooms are spacious with room to stretch out. Small balcony with table & chairs. Room didn't have blackout blinds, so morning sun made sleeping in difficult. Shower is great with 2 different heads, and hot water comes on very quick. Bed is comfy, but neither of the 2 pillows in the room were particularly comfy. Foxtel available in the rooms. Close to everything that you could possibly want. Really, the only real negative is the cost of parking. Would stay again if I found a package that included parking. Breakfast was delicious. The fruit was fresh & flavourful, and lots of staples. Their breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay. Not heaps of options, but what they had they did well.

18 January 2025 (Saturday) The air conditioning for the entire hotel is broken and has been for several days. Despite this, the hotel is still charging full price for rooms. When we checked in, we were informed the air conditioning was not working but were assured it would be fixed “soon.” Upon clarification, we were told repairs would not be completed until mid-next week—well after our stay. We had booked several weeks in advance, yet no contact was made to inform us of this issue prior to our arrival. During our stay, the room temperature has been an uncomfortable 28°C, making the experience even more unpleasant. Compensation offered for this inconvenience: None. This lack of communication and refusal to adjust pricing or provide compensation is extremely disappointing.

This is the perfect location, so convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach. Check in service was disappointing, and we had to wait until 3.30pm for our room to be ready. Staff were not particularly helpful, and had a very dismissive attitude, despite people lined up to the door waiting for service. The room was poorly cleaned, with hairs in the bathroom and dust on the furniture. We were offered a daily room servicing, which we accepted, but the room was not serviced during our stay. Despite that, the Trmpo restaurant food was excellent, and room service was brought to the room quickly. Buffet breakfast was very nice also. Overall, this was not the standard I have come to expect from Novotel.
