Great location by the waterfront! Let's talk about the service and room! First the room. It's newly refurbished which is great. However, the phone, safe and the mirror light wasn't working. When told this, reception apologized and added it's a new room and could you not smell it as if that happens to absolved them of the lack of amenity. How about getting someone over to fix it? The attitude of the staff. Came in for breakfast at 630 am and was told, sorry, we are not ready. Is that my fault or yours? If you advertise that breakfast starts at 630am. Please be on time. You should not expect your guests to wait. She had the audacity to say, I didn't open the door, so does that mean, I couldn't? They finally "opened the door" at 637 am and took my order. I expect more from an Accor hotel. Sadly, this one failed the test.

The rooms were clean and close to the beach. Sauna was nice , pool area had a great view of the ocean. But the floors had some rust looking spots on the floor and surrounding. I would love to have been able to go out on that area and enjoy some drinks with the lovely view but it was closed.

Amazing views and a wonderful location! Close to the yatch club, Westfield shopping center and restaurants. Our room was clean, spacious, had a comfortable bed and a great view over the bay. The shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand wash smelt divine. You can't go wrong here!

This hotel advertises itself as a 4-star experience, but the reality is far from it. The beautiful location is overshadowed by terrible customer service. Our complaint about the absence of a makeup room was met with defensiveness and a complete lack of empathy. We were told it was our fault for not reading the information sheet thoroughly. We are here for a business trip with busy schedule, who pays attention to the tiny words on their sheet? This is not the standard of service one expects from a 4-star hotel, where anticipating and meeting guest needs should be a priority. The manager was blaming on us and don’t even apologise. I felt misled and disappointed.

While the location of this hotel is undeniably stunning, the experience was severely let down by appalling customer service. We were disappointed to find no makeup room available if we don’t verbally request it, a basic amenity one expects in a hotel of this caliber. What a scam to claim this is a 5 star hotel service! When we brought this to the staff's attention, they were not only unhelpful but outright rude, denying any responsibility and insisting we should have meticulously read the information sheet. This 'blame the customer' approach is completely unacceptable for a 5-star establishment. It left us feeling frustrated and undervalued. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor service alone.
