I stayed for one night as part of a work trip. Rooms are of a good size and bed was comfy but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The shower tiles didn't look very clean and I was frustrated at finding a dishwasher containing very mouldy plates and wine glasses. This was only acknowledged with a brief sorry at reception. Other hotels would have offered a discount or a more serious acknowledgement.

Just stayed here for the night. If I could give 10 stars for the staff, I would. All the staff were lovely, warm, and welcoming. Management should be very proud of the fantastic service that they are providing. Great CBD location. Close to a great selection of restaurants, China Town and the theatres.

Enjoyed my 10 night stay. really good location near to most things. Lots of food options nearby. Studio comes with microwave, grill/oven and dishwasher. Room cleaning is once every 2 days but more frequent cleaning can be requested. Free use of launderette is nice. Room cleaning standards vary but overall ok. Only negative thing is that the pots and pans are showing signs of wear and tear with scratches in the non stick pans.

I stayed in a studio on the 18th floor (great view!) for over a week as part of a conference I was attending in the area. The front desk staff was very nice, and the room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a long-term stay. It is also located right in front of a tram stop, and is a few minutes from Parliament and Flinders Street Stations for the Metro. It should be a 5-star stay, based on all of this. However, I am only giving 4 stars because they provide guests with single-use plastic toiletry bottles, rather than the refillable large ones that many hotels are switching to. I would urge them to switch to the refillable/fixed toiletries to become greener. Also, a minor quibble, but labeling the cupboards/cabinets with their contents (plates, glasses, mugs, etc.) would be helpful. All in all, though, I would very strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melbourne!

Very friendly and welcoming front desk staff who efficiently carried out their duties. Location is perfect with tram stop just a few steps away. Plenty of restaurants and eateries close by. My suite was extremely spacious and very clean. Very happy indeed with my eight nights stay.
