The hotel was in a really good central location and the staff were absolutely exceptional. They were extremely polite and helpful, stored my expensive equipment in a safe room away from general luggage during the day and were happy for me to work from their lobby for a few hours in the afternoon. The hotel itself has a great little pool and gym complex that isn't flash but gets the job done and is well maintained. The rooms are large and comfortable! Would stay again.

Great location, close to transport with a tram at the entrance. Rooms facilities were great. Rooms were quiet and beds comfy. Daniel at reception was exceptional, very competent, friendly and helpful, never had such brilliant service from reception at any other motel in my life, he goes over and above to assist. Will stay whenever im in Melbourne again for sure.

Room is big bit it is strange to have the vanity with sink outside of the bathroom. And there is no table top to put your stuff in the bathroom. Towel rack is above the toilet bowl, which I though was unhygienic. Front desk was very helpful, friendly and warm. They would go all out to service you. Kudos to the team who manned the front desk throughout my stay. Location is convenient. There is a tram station right in front of the hotel, which makes travelling easy.

I booked the room two months ago for our 20th wedding anniversary. Rang to ensure everything was finalized - including the parking - upon arrival, slugged another $45 for parking. When I mentioned I had been told it was included in the package, my concern was greeted with a shrug. The same when I mentioned that I would be writing a scathing Google review. The manager simple didn't care - zero customer service. So, here's the review I promised. 1. Service crap. 2. Room reasonable and clean. 3. Location - central - which is why we booked there in the first instance.

Fantastic location but very quiet. Really good sized rooms with great kitchen facilities. We were staying for a week and really appreciated these. Gym and pool were both good. Tram stop just outside
