Huge shoutout to Dale who was extremely kind and enthusiastic when I was here for an escape room last weekend. I have been to this location many times (as well as every single other strike 🫣) and done heaps of escape rooms but this was without question my best experience to date purely due to the amazing customer service. Dale deserves a promotion because I will be coming back here purely because of him and how great he was! 🤗

Had an amazing time at Bowling Strike Eastland, thanks to Sam! He was super friendly and patient in introducing us to the game and making sure we had a great experience. I had a fantastic time at Strike Bowling Eastland! The ambience was electric, with vibrant lights and captivating decor that set the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening. The food was great, and the bar served a variety of delicious drinks while groovy music played in the background. The highlight for me was the impressive obstacle course, though I didn't get to try the Mini golf. The attention to detail in the course's layout and setup was truly commendable, and I can't wait to experience it next time. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating is because of the phone-based ordering system. Personally, I prefer to stay off my phone when engaging in activities like this. It seemed counterintuitive to use my phone for ordering, especially when staff were available. During my visit, some staff members appeared to have free time, and it would have been great if they were more engaged in serving customers to enhance the overall experience.

came for the escape room and ended with cocktails. escape room was four kingdoms and was fun. much cheaper than most but you don't get as much attention of you want help. the puzzles are logical and we escaped just in time. recommend the Espresso Martini and the Rub a Dub Tub cocktails. with mini golf, karaoke and bowling also onsite a great place for all the family

Had my son’s birthday party in one of the escape rooms , kids really enjoyed it , very nice / clean and colorful venue and very helpful and kind staff . Willow was extremely helpful throw the whole time , we will definitely come back .
