Extremely good Atmosphere and very helpful staff. Had a great night with my mates here. The activities they offer are very fun and at an easy price, especially on the days they offer discounts. The place is not too hectic on weeknights and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. The karaoke room is absolutely fantastic for small and large groups of friends. It has sofas and chairs for chilling and a decent sound system for singing. Overall, Strike Eastland has been the best Strike facility I’ve been to so far. I would definitely recommend for anyone seeking a worthwhile night out with friends.

I had a fantastic time at Strike Bowling Eastland! The ambience was electric, with vibrant lights and captivating decor that set the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening. The food was great, and the bar served a variety of delicious drinks while groovy music played in the background. The highlight for me was the impressive obstacle course, though I didn't get to try the Mini golf. The attention to detail in the course's layout and setup was truly commendable, and I can't wait to experience it next time. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating is because of the phone-based ordering system. Personally, I prefer to stay off my phone when engaging in activities like this. It seemed counterintuitive to use my phone for ordering, especially when staff were available. During my visit, some staff members appeared to have free time, and it would have been great if they were more engaged in serving customers to enhance the overall experience.

Always such great service here! Nathan is super lovely and makes a mean cocktail. And also Jade at the front counter is really bubbly and welcoming. 🙏🏼 Great atmosphere. Definitely my favourite place to come and have fun in Ringwood. 👏🏼

Had my son’s birthday party in one of the escape rooms , kids really enjoyed it , very nice / clean and colorful venue and very helpful and kind staff . Willow was extremely helpful throw the whole time , we will definitely come back .

This is my last straw after a lengthy process of trying to get a refund for months. While we have been here for the mini golf and it was alright at best, this is dedicated to the four kingdoms escape room. I’ve done over 20 rooms with my partner and I wouldn’t consider myself an escape room snob, as long as the bare minimum of an escape room is there I’ll enjoy it. However this room did not deliver even the bare minimum. We solved the puzzle to get to the second room and nothing happened. After informing our gamemaster (who was lovely by the way, and had nothing to do with the bad experience), the door opened, clearly manually being opened by her. The pinky rule was expressed to us, in which if we needed to exert more force than what our pinky can produce, we shouldn’t touch it. This wasn’t the case for numerous puzzles however. We kept cracking on with the room and on the final puzzle, we thought we had arranged everything correctly but weren’t able to get out. We were stuck on this puzzle for about half an hour. After time ran out and our Gamemaster came in, she showed us the correct arrangement, and we were certain we had sorted it this way. She further explained that sometimes too much rearranging will cause the puzzle not to work very well. That is the sole purpose of a puzzle of that nature so in that case, this puzzle needs to be redesigned asap. Once she arranged it correctly, another thing was meant to happen that was meant to let us escape but this also didn’t work and she had to manually activate it on her tablet. Me and my partner left feeling unsatisfied due to not being able to have done a majority of the escape room. I have emailed numerous times for a refund with no response, I have called twice and been told that I’ll be forwarded to the finance department just to end up on a wild goose chase where I’ve been hung up on. Shameful customer service, delivered half of a product, charged in full and then ignored when contacting them. If people are serious about going to an escape room, spend a little extra and go to one that’s genuinely high quality, this is a standout worst escape room after more than 20 being completed, and I hope this review will make management take accountability
