The venue consists of a large open main bar area plus footpath tables and a fabulous private courtyard to soak in magnificent Melbourne in all her glory. Wooden surfaces, leather couches,&nbsp;warm brick walls&nbsp;and just the right amount of Louisiana-style flair. The staff will throw together a king's ransom of cocktail delights along with an extensive beer and wine selection and the kitchen will chime in with The Collection's famous wings and a selection of delicious bar bites and sweet temptations.
