We checked in to the hotel for 1 night. The check in process was seamless and the woman on the front desk was very proficient and courteous. Valet parking went without a hitch. Our room on level 46 had terrific views over the river and bay. Our only criticism was that the bathroom was a little dated. There was a shower over the bath and the tiles and fixtures were somewhat outdated. Still functionable but not quite what I'd expect from a 5-star hotel. I still give the hotel a good rating as the overall experience was very good.

Rooms are well set up and equipped. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Large variety and well prepared. My only complaint is that the gym is only available 6am to 10pm. Would have been more convenient if it had 24/7 access.

Having only stayed in the King Deluxe rooms, I can only comment on them. Whilst this is a 5 star hotel these rooms are not to such a high standard. The fittings and much of the decor are tired and showing signs of wear. The staff are excellent and show great attentiveness and appropriate decorum. Some fantastic views to be had from certain angles, less so from others.

I just love this hotel and one of the most welcoming hotels I have stayed at. The valet staff always welcome you upon your arrival and are on the ball. Always acknowledging your arrival while opening your door. Checkin staff are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to help. All staff here are happy, friendly and especially the Club staff, they are amazing always treating you like VIPs. Highly recommend for the ultimate experience.

good location, within the free city tram zone, with the tram stop right outside the hotel. i had a baby cot in the room and its still spacious enough to have 2 large suitcases splayed out with room to walk around. the beds were a little too soft for my liking but we still had a good night's rest. breakfast was decent, nothing really stood out.
