We had an incredible family stay at the Park Hyatt Hotel Melbourne! The kids were absolutely delighted with the indoor swimming pool and had a blast playing with Mr. Walker, the hotel's friendly canine companion. The breakfast was truly exceptional, with a wide range of delicious options to suit all tastes. Our room was spacious, stylish, and impeccably maintained. But what truly made our stay stand out was the exceptional service from the friendly and attentive staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and comfortable. We can't wait to return to this fantastic hotel and experience it all again! 5/5 stars!

We stayed in the suite for one night, and everything was absolutely fantastic. The classical design of the room, featuring a cozy fireplace, a charming non-digital clock, and elegant marble tiles in the bathroom, created a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a variety of healthy and nutritious options that we thoroughly enjoyed. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. We stayed at the Park Hyatt last year for our wedding weekend and were so impressed with the service we experienced we have decided to go back every year for our anniversary - this year being the first. The Hotel itself is magnificent, from the stunning foyer to the beautifully appointed rooms - absolute luxury. However, the best asset the Hotel has is its staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, thoughtful and kind. Nothing is too much effort and done with a genuine smile. From checking in at Reception, High Tea in the Restaurant, drinks in the Tea Lounge and service to the suite, the experience is one we will always remember as perfect.

I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt, expecting a luxurious experience given its 5-star reputation. While the marble architecture and the room itself were impressive, my overall experience was marred by poor service. The receptionist and room service staff were consistently rude and unprofessional, which was unexpected and disappointing. Throughout our stay, we felt unwelcome and received harsh treatment that seemed to vary based on our appearance. For the $500 per night we paid, the service was far below the standard set by other 5-star hotels we've stayed at globally. I was particularly disheartened by what appeared to be biased treatment, which left us feeling disrespected. Given the high expectations associated with the Park Hyatt, this experience was profoundly disappointing.
