Had the most amazing stay from the moment I walked in. Room was surprisingly bigger than expected and loved the bathroom with bath. Had the perfect night sleep and location was walkable to where we had a function. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Shattered to have not had more time for the spa/pool and buffet breakfast. Will definitely be back again!

I was at a black tie ball here. Everything was managed to a tee. Everything was incredibly smooth and professional. Even the dinner was almost edible! ( Mass produced dinners for events like these are never good. Getting 600 meals ready to all be delivered at once is a special skill...) If I ever needed to put on a high-end event I'd give serious consideration to Park Hyatt. They know what they're doing....

5 stars plus hotel. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Old fashion style hotel service. Professional and courteous staff. Olivia at front desk made our check in so fast and we really appreciate it since we were extremely tired. Worth every penny. Love it

We choose the Park Hyatt hotel every time we visit Melbourne. It was delightful to see Mr. Walker still on duty on a Saturday morning. He's such a cute dog! The atmosphere in this area is wonderful. I absolutely loved it.

Amazing experience! Spacious, clean and well-appointed room. Breakfast selection was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. When we were waiting to check into our room, the nice lady at the reception desk offered us free drinks while we wait. We appreciate the kind gesture. Location was pretty central. It was walkable but everything would be a 10+min walk.
