Staff were incredible... we arrived after midnight and received a warm and friendly welcome by the overnight staff member. Nothing was too much trouble and the room upgrade that we were granted upon arrival was greatly appreciated. We have stayed at many Accor hotels throughout Melbourne and the service at 'The Cullen Hotel' was phenomenal. We look forward to returning in the future.

Loved the room. Simple, elegant, comfortable and the art work really adds another layer to the experience. The staff were just wonderful! - incredibly helpful. The location is great - a tram ride away from Melbourne central if you need. Lots to see and close by. This I’ll be my go to from now when I’m in Melbourne.

Easily the worst place we stayed this trip. When we checked in, our room was 36c and to publicise the art their was a book left on our bed. The book was covered in stains. They had been better off just binning it. The room and hotel felt like it might have been nice 5 years ago but is now in need of a refurbishment, with evidence of wear everywhere (saggy mattress, peeling paint etc.) After check out we were charged $45 for items we didn't take from the minibar. I've complained and they were like me to email them my full credit card details. This seems to me like a fraud risk, and I don't understand how they can charge me without my details bit are unable to refund me. Location is great for Prahan.

Hotel is a great place to stay. Always feels a bit fancy. Rooms compact but not small and always clean, beds are great, coffee pod machine appreciated, has basic mini bar that is actually reasonably priced, good parking. Location is brilliant can walk to anything you need and Prahran Market across road. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very clean rooms, the thing we live the most is the rooms all come with a mini kitchen. If you need to microwave or cook something quickly you can. Even plates, cutlery & sink facilities available. Laundry on site if needed. Excellent
