Mantra Lorne outstanding customer service. Rooms are so comfortable everything you need for your stay. Staff at reception are always happy to help, and a big thank you to Vinith in the Larder restaurant who looked after us again on this trip, so thoughtful. Delicious food and amazing care. Great place for a weekender/a break from bustling city. Great layout and configuration especially those dual key apartments where whole family can stay in adjoining room. Full kitchen with all cooking utensils, fridge, microwave. Great location close to shops. Only issue is some apartments, you need to park in grass area in front of Mantra. Not really ideal in winter months where it is wet, cold and soggy with puddles. Facilities-wise- currently steam rooms are under maintenance. Happy hours are great and fantastic friendly staff in Lardner Restaurant onsite.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The location is fantastic and the staff were all very friendly, efficient and accomodating. We had a very nice meal in the restaurant and the choice and quality of the food at the breakfast buffet was above average. We have stayed here a few times and will almost certainly return again in the future.

We stayed at Mantra for a long weekend to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The units were really comfortable, clean and had everything we needed onsite. Lots of facilities available for everyone and a very easy stroll in to town. Check in was a bit slow - but when we were checking in, but you expect that in bigger hotels. If you plan to use the tennis courts - take your own racquets and balls!

Direct beach access and peek-a-boo ocean views from the one-bedroom, ocean view apartment. Great location with just a short walk to cafes, restaurants, and shops. Only stayed overnight so can't comment on the facilities offered. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and only 1 blanket provided, which made it a bit cool even though we had the heat on. Otherwise, the unit was spacious and the bathroom provided fantastic amenities, but a bit of a challenge to get into the shower over the high sided bath.
