I spent two nights in this hotel during a conference held in this place. Overall the room was clean. However, the air conditioning system at night was making super loud noises and practically didn't allow me to sleep. The positive side of my stay was the location, friendly staff, a relatively good breakfast with proper options, and enough parking lots for cars. Overall, it is a good choice for those who visit Lorne, especially on a business trip.

We just had a two night staycation at this wonderful property. Absolutely stunning location with facilities to match. Our apartment was light and bright with stunning views over the ocean. Probably the best of all was the beautiful staff who took care of us. A special shout out to Ayala and Pratik in the restaurant. They were such wonderful and attentive members of staff who made our experience in the restaurant a memorable experience. Both staff members went over and above to make our experience special. As very regular stayers in Accor properties (Diamond ) we are so impressed with this hotel. We will definitely return. 🙏🙏

We stayed at Mantra for a long weekend to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The units were really comfortable, clean and had everything we needed onsite. Lots of facilities available for everyone and a very easy stroll in to town. Check in was a bit slow - but when we were checking in, but you expect that in bigger hotels. If you plan to use the tennis courts - take your own racquets and balls!

We have stayed here for years and absolutely love it , close to pools, shops etc. prices are extremely cheap. We stayed here kings Birthday weekend for $249 per night and got upgraded to an amazing ocean view one bedroom apartment. Can’t go wrong. Thanks Lorne mantra for looking after us always sia soon.

The rooms are dated and need some work .TV is small no foxtel or kayo have to use your phone to cast to TV . There was no phone in our room and we had to contact reception using the main number on our own phones .Heater did not work had to make two calls to get it fixed and it was still temperamental.Was surprised they did not offer us another room as the place was quite empty . Foyers to rooms are smelly and need a coat of paint Staff were lovely at reception , the larder and the maintenance people Breakfast was good but not very hot . We have stayed here several times and this was particularly disappointing
