We had a fantastic stay at the Quay West. The room was enormous, with a balcony that overlooked the iconic Melbourne city skyline and river. The kitchen was well-equipped and we really felt at home. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast manager Reece welcomed us everyday, with great food (we tried both Breakfast and dinner) from chef Peter. Front office were very helpful and friendly, with Mitchell, Stephen and Christina making our stay perfect. The cleaning staff were top notch, and the rooms were left spotless everyday. We didn’t want to leave but the hotel was fully booked the following week (no surprise). 5 Stars for location and facilities.

Return to the Quay West Suites after a while since last visit. Much appreciated the spacious apartment with the views riverside. Very comfortable furnishings and the amenities. Great choice of television channels, breakfast was good also. Its a slight journey to get there to and fro but not too bad.

Another great stay at Quay West Suites. The rooms are perfect, very comfortable with all the conveniences including a full kitchen, full-sized table for work or meals and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is a good, and quick if needed. Location works well for me, not far from CBD meetings and right off the running path. Three more stays have already been booked.
