We had a fantastic stay at the Quay West. The room was enormous, with a balcony that overlooked the iconic Melbourne city skyline and river. The kitchen was well-equipped and we really felt at home. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast manager Reece welcomed us everyday, with great food (we tried both Breakfast and dinner) from chef Peter. Front office were very helpful and friendly, with Mitchell, Stephen and Christina making our stay perfect. The cleaning staff were top notch, and the rooms were left spotless everyday. We didn’t want to leave but the hotel was fully booked the following week (no surprise). 5 Stars for location and facilities.

From the moment we arrived to the departure the staff were always helpful and friendly, smooth check in and check out. The buffet breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from and catered for different dietary needs, once again the staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was well presented and delicious, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were attended to. Highly recommended Quay West Suites!

My partner and I stayed for the AO for a week and this is such a great location, close enough to walk to the tennis and also close to the CBD. The reception area was immaculate and the staff on the desk were all so lovely and helpful. The apartment was a great size, very spacious, clean and everything you needed. Breakfast was great and again the staff were lovely and accommodating to your needs. My only constructive feedback would be the room needs slight “freshen up” some of furniture and walls are a little dated and scratched/dinged. But I will definitely stay here again, very happy and highly recommend!

This was our first time at Quay West, and we were very impressed. We booked a very nice 1 bedroom apartment with a view of the river to see the NYE fireworks, and it delivered in spades. The great thing was we watched the fireworks from the balcony and were able to then walk back in and go to bed. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were great. Breakfast in the restaurant was very tasty but the selection of food was average. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Stayed with my sons and nephew for the tennis/ Australia Day Long weekend. Location is excellent in South Bank , easy access to city centre and Rod lavera arena / Melbourne park....all walkable. Staff especially at reception were extremely cheerful, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was included and was very sufficient. Rooms were very large and comfortable but very dated. But for what you pay it's fair enough....however i would be happy to pay more for a refurbished room. View from my room was of the CBD and river which is as good as any in Melbourne. Very convenient position with food halls, transport and facilities adjacent. If you don't mind an older apartment this is 100% your place. I Would return ..
