So spacious, clean and great atmosphere. The staff are so nice and helpful! We had an issue on the wizard of oz coin drop machine several times, and the staff were so patient to help us. Such a convenient option for the kids for our long weekend stay. Something for the kids to kill some time after dinner. The kids absolutely loved their time there. It’s so big with such a big variety of games.

A huge shoutout to Master Dave's Saturday night crew at Crown Casino Southbank, especially our host Chanel. My son's 18th Birthday was described by the birthday boy as AMAZING!! The Silver Package coordinated by our Event Executive Mikaela was PERFECT, it was like she was in my mind. She knew exactly what the guests would love, from bowling, arcade venue fun with credit, an abundance of food platters and drinks - all supervised and served responsibly. This mum and her crew cannot thank you enough. Will be back again for more events now I know that your team are truly the kings of events.

We booked Kingpin for an end of year Christmas work party. From a booking perspective everything was breeze, they were quick to respond and accommodating of all our requests....very easy! As far as the night was concerned we thought it was one of the best events we've had. The crew looking after us were really relaxed and great at wrangling a large group around activities in a fun and relaxed way. The laser tag was a great ice breaker which put us in the right space for bowling. The food was delicious, everyone had great comments about this and the selection of included drinks was impressive!
