I used the Ultimate Holiday Pass, which included laser tag, bowling, and arcade credits, with my child. The facilities were spacious, and the food we ordered for the bowling games was delicious. Thanks to Joel's meticulous attention to detail, we had a truly enjoyable time. I will definitely be back again.

Celebrated my sons 18th Birthday at King Pin Crown Melbourne The customer service I received from planning the event was excellent and the 2 party hosts were amazing they so friendly helpful we arrived a little earlier they arranged us a place to sit food and drinks were delicious everyone had a great time would highly recommend for any celebration or even a night out bowling with friends

Lovely Miette was so helpful with us, my son with autism wanted to bowl and no lanes available, she gave us a game of pool and set us up to play darts instead. This was a great solution and made our visit so much fun. She was very kind to him which also made his day.

Had a wonderful night at kingpin crown, on entry we were assisted by the lovely Maia who greeted my party with a friendly smile. After loading up the card and getting assistance from Maia with an inquiry about the card and top up system we went on our way. After the fun of the arcade we used the tickets to pick out a plethora of prizes in which we were rung up yet again by the helpful Maia in which she struck up a great conversation and even offered a bag for our haul. 10/10 experience would definitely come again the hospitality provide by Maia really made the night.🫶
