I would like to sincerely thank Sabrina at Mantra Tullamarine for her outstanding customer service. After flying in from interstate, I arrived to check in and discovered that my Wotif booking had somehow been made for 3–4 March 2027 instead of 3–4 June 2026, despite my search being for the June dates. The booking was listed as non-refundable and non-changeable, and I was understandably quite stressed. Sabrina immediately stepped in to help. Rather than simply advising me to contact Wotif myself, she went above and beyond, working with Wotif on my behalf to resolve the issue. The whole process took in excess of an hour. Despite the Wotif booking restrictions, she persisted until a satisfactory outcome was achieved and my reservation was corrected. Her professionalism, patience, kindness and genuine willingness to help turned what could have been a very difficult and expensive situation into a positive experience. After a long day of travel, her support was greatly appreciated and made a huge difference. Sabrina is a credit to Mantra Tullamarine, and her exceptional customer service deserves recognition. Thank you again, Sabrina, for going the extra mile to help a stranded and stressed traveller. It was truly appreciated. 😊✈️🏨

We chose this hotel due to the close proximity to the airport as we had approx 9 hours between a domestic and international flight. Reasonably priced at $179. Free return shuttle bus to the airport. We appreciated being able to check in a few hours earlier than the standard time of 1400 as we had to leave at 2100. The room was pleasantly decorated and clean. We had lunch in the restaurant downstairs. There was a medical conference on so they were under the pump, but our meals were ok overall, although quite expensive. The prosciutto panini was the standout, although the chips were undercooked. The salt and pepper calamari was ok, it also needed a bit more cooking. We ordered the black angus beef burger for dinner via room service and that was delicious! Staff were friendly and there was no wait for the shuttle bus. Highly convenient and recommend for a transient stay.

I stayed at Mantra Melbourne Airport and had a really convenient and comfortable stay, especially for a travel stopover. The biggest highlight was the location—it’s just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service made getting to my flight completely stress-free. My room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to rest before an early departure. The hotel had a calm, modern feel, and everything was straightforward from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and efficient, which made the whole experience smooth and easy. Overall, it felt like a perfect mix of airport convenience, comfort, and reliability, and I’d definitely stay here again for any early flight or layover in Melbourne.

Recently stayed at the Mantra Melb Airport twice in the week...way in and out. Staff are always attentive and get you moving to the room well. Parking is good but top floor next doors carpark, there is a process. Both times rooms were well made up and comfortable beds, pillows etc. Restaurant downstairs I dont care for, I don't appreciate staff looking down their nose at me (last visit). The lobby bar food is ok and plenty of options. Overall a convenient stay.

Takes poor to a new level. How can you possibly have a 4 Star hotel that has Samsung smart TVs but no tv internet access. You have deliberately turned off all network functions on tv. So not only don’t you have any smart tv option but I can’t even cast from my device to the tv. Desk clerk just says no we don’t do that. Should be 1 star hotel
