I visited for a function, not stayed in the hotel, so this is a review of the great conference space they provided. Facilities and features were all excellent, very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended for medium to large size groups!

I recently stayed at Jasper hotel and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Maddy the guy at the reception was just phenomenal and enthusiastic. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and they made sure I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room itself was immaculate—clean, spacious, and elegantly furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality linens to the complimentary toiletries. The view from the window was stunning, and the room had all the amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar. I was also impressed with how quiet the room was, despite being in a busy area. The housekeeping team did a great job every day, and the room always looked perfect when I returned in the evening. Overall, Jasper Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and top-notch hotel experience.

The hotel room was pretty dirty with dust and dirt on the windows/sills/skirting. The bathroom was grubby and needed a good clean in the shower. The bed was comfy but you could hear everyone passing the room in the corridor so you didn't get a good sleep. The hotel charged my card for something I shouldn't have been charged for and haven't rectified the situation and are now ignoring my emails. The location is good for great restaurants, bars and touristy things.

A decent hotel in the northern section of the CBD. It has convenient access to trams and is in the heart of the Asian precinct of Melbourne so great food opportunities. Overall a reasonable and well priced option. Just don’t expect the rooms to match photos and cleanliness can leave a little to be desired - for instance, beds were poorly made and cups were dirty (something I discovered after first drinking from one!).

I stayed at Jasper hotel last weekend. The hotel took two unauthorised transactions from my account equalling $553 putting my back account in the negatives. Staff advised me that the payment was "cancelled from their end" and the money would return to my account in 3-4 days. It has officially been 6 days and my money has not returned to my account. I have spoken to staff on the phone who cannot give me straight answers as to why my money has not returned. I have emailed and called the hotel and been in contact with my back and no one can tell me where my money is. They have not taken much accountability for what has happened and have basically robbed me of $553. I was told by the manager that it was a "new system" and was reassured the money would come. I have not been offered any compensation for the overdrawn amount in my account and they will not refund me the money they have taken as it's been "cancelled". Overall ruined my stay completely and I feel staff have been so dismissive about the situation, $553 is alot of money and I feel like I have been robbed and unheard.
