Had a fantastic day at Cliftons. The staff were all lovely and calm. The kitchen staff were also very good. It was great to come in to do our three day course and know that everything was being taken care of.

Horrible experience! Both the Clifton Staff and ACER staff were unreasonable, unfair and they treat us like dirts. They don't care about their customers, they only care about making money for themselves. Overall, they are a selfish brat who loves profiting money from their customers by forcing customers to pay lots of money to enter a building for a couple of hours while providing horrible customer service.

I took a PTE test yesterday, it wasn't the first time but I would thanks the employees of Cliftons. They received me with a lot of care, in such a calm way that I felt relaxed, they explained all the things very well, so in part if I passed the exam it is thank to them.

Took the PTE Academic test here. Just like others, I too had the same problem of a lady screaming her lungs out in the speaking section. I just couldn't concentrate. However, I did notice she being warned of speaking too loudly. I haven't taken the test anywhere else, but feel the problem is not with the center. This could happen anywhere. There are people everywhere who think shouting will give them extra points. LOL! I would be curious to know how other test centers handle this. The test center is nice; and the desktop, keyboards, headphone and mic were all in good condition. I was a little skeptical when I read some reviews around the equipment being worn-out. But that surely wasn't the case.

I never been cliftons before it is first time. Facilities are wonderful. Kitchen n coffee area is amazing.my four day visit was memorable. Internet is bit slow.
