Stayed for a week. Service was perfectly lovely, breakfast was great, location great. Sheets on bed were, however, infested with bedbugs for at least one night - staff were perfectly lovely and immediately changed my room upon request, but reviews left by other customers indicate that this is not the first time this has happened. The bedbugs came home with me, despite my best efforts. Not my favorite experience. If you have to stay here, make sure to double-check your sheets before going to bed.

Overall, only 3 stars as the room is small, quite noisy and looks old fashioned. Hotel buffet breakfast is ok. House keeping is pretty good as they come and clean everyday. Hotel price is pretty pricey as it cost around $800+ SGD for 1 week stay and no hotel breakfast. Good location as it is at the CBD area.

Return stay at The Victoria. Great vibe. Comedy festival venue too. Close to many things and interesting mezzanine level plus bar (you can relax plus eat and drink there.) Clean comfortable beds and bathroom. Older hotel, reasonably priced.

It's always a pleasure to stay here. Perfect CBD location for our annual International Comedy Festival extravaganza. The rooms are a great size, always clean and well maintained. There's a decent, though small gym and a pool on the 6th floor. The staff are very helpful and friendly. See you next year 😜
