Great location with the beach right next door and the main strip on the other side, Facilities like the swimming pool and tennis court were lovely and large. Disappointed to find out we could not park near our room. There were no specific parks for guests which forced us to mark at the main entrance around 500 metres from our room, not great. Breakfast buffet was nice but underwhelming and could easily be skipped.

Booked this Hotel to stay for one night. Arrived late on 30th April 2024, after a long drive from the Great Ocean Road, but receptionist was very courteous to assist in our check-in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Room was spacious, clean and comfy. We had a good view from our window. Breakfast was included and loved the varieties offered in the buffet spread. Overall, a most wonderful stay and definitely would recommend friends to choose this accommodation when in Lorne!

We recently stayed at Mantra Lorne hotel to celebrate my birthday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay special. Upon arrival, the receptionist surprised me with a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates in honor of my birthday. The thoughtful gesture made my day even more memorable. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a stunning view of the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the beautiful area. I highly recommend Mantra Lorne for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I can’t wait to return!

We came back to stay at Mantra, Lorne. The venue was amazing and the walk by the beach was fantastic. The spa and pool temperature were just perfect (warm). :) The highlight of our stay this round was on the outstanding hospitality service we received from Amy M. at The Larder restaurant during our breakfast buffet. Amy was super attentive, diligent and great at what she did on all the 3 days we were there. We hope that the management will take into consideration in investing in her as her outstanding performance really shone throughout our time at Mantra. Amy’s dedication has truly represent the company well. Last but not least, great work to the management/HR for getting Amy on board. :)

What could be a great hotel wasnt quite. It's a bit tired. And could be really nice with some maintenance and styling. Breakfast was fine and that room was the best in the hotel. Outdoors was good offering many activities and was well maintained. Our bathroom had loose tiles which were not fixed (but reception said they would.) And our friends room was never serviced over the 3 days.... even after bringing it to their attention.
