The individual Southbank Meeting Rooms at Quay West Suites - when not combined to make a large venue - can be utilised individually, for groups of up to 80 standing, or 50 seated.Understandably, these unpretentious yet subtly stylish spaces are versatile, suiting presentations, meetings, workshops, and seminars.

This is the largest space available at Quay West Suites Melbourne, with room for up to 160 guests standing, or up to 100 seated as a Theater setup. Located within strolling distance of Melbourne’s bustling CBD, Quay West Suites Melbourne boasts a number of potential spaces for functions of all styles. Firstly, there are the two Southbank meeting rooms, to be used individually, or joined together to make a larger space for conferences or presentations. We also offer our Jarrah Restaurant & Bar and the terrace area for private events. The terrace especially, comes into its own in the warmer months, with an open air vibe.
