I had just spent a night in an another accor hotel just across the river, and sadly the service we received their was atrocious. We left their and moved into Quat West for the remainder of our stay. Spotless rooms, top class staff, amazing pool and breakfast was even great. Food options are available within only a few meters and an easy stroll along the river to Rod Laver, Highly recommended.

What an excellent experience.... the room was stunning with a fantastic view across the river. The location is brilliant. There are streets of restaurants bars and shops at your doorstop. The hotel boasts a lovely restaurant for breakfast and a lovely evening meal most nights. All the staff are lovely š Although we felt we were extremely lucky to have Malcolm Clack look after us upon arrival.... a charming, efficient and super lovely young man, for whom nothing was too much trouble. He really went the extra mile to ensure our stay was a memorable one. Thanks Malcolm... because of you - We will be back!

We chose Quay West due to its proximity to Hamer Hall. Our stay was perfect and as such Quay West is now our preferred accommodation in Melbourne. The room was spacious and clean, the bar was handled by friendly, efficient staff and the food we dined on was excellent. The buffet breakfast was ample and again, staff were polite and helpful. We enjoyed a peaceful sleep as it was very quiet, yet Southgate is right on your doorstep. Parking is reasonably priced and easily accessed. Checkout was a breeze with friendly staff.

This was our first time at Quay West, and we were very impressed. We booked a very nice 1 bedroom apartment with a view of the river to see the NYE fireworks, and it delivered in spades. The great thing was we watched the fireworks from the balcony and were able to then walk back in and go to bed. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were great. Breakfast in the restaurant was very tasty but the selection of food was average. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Room as always perfect ! Great beds, great veiws, everything you need. Pool and spa are the best ! But the true asset to your wonderful establishment is MALCOLM!!! His customer service is just fantastic. You can really tell he loves his job, and making sure everyone is happy. He mad our stay just the best, with his wonderful caring personality!!! Well done to MALCOLM !!!
