We recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Melbourne for a family vacation. The location is fantastic, a 5 min walk from Southern Cross Station, central to all the city attractions and an easy stroll across the river to South Bank. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved the Photo Booth, the gorgeous room and the fantastic buffet breakfast. Very highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!

Really nice hotel with a modern and trendy feel. They even had a free photo booth you are able to use as well which was a nice touch. Rooms were clean, and well stocked, though I was disappointed they didn’t give us free water which I’ll usually get from IHG bookings. Wasn’t able to try out the new bar and restaurant they just opened that is attached but it also looked very beautiful at very least. My only gripe was that the service at the front desk could use a bit of improvement. Nothing major, but the vibes didn’t seem great throughout the 2 days we were there, they had checkout at 10am, and though they promised they’d do something nice in our room for our engagement, nothing ended up being done. Otherwise a great hotel with a very convenient location as well (especially if traveling in by train from the airport)

First time stay here. Must say love the service and comfort of the room. Upon stepping into the hotel, was greeted by front desk staff not only check us in, but given us an introduction why the design of this hotel. Can see that he's very passionate about his job and customers. Keep it up the great job.

This hotel was super close to the Southern Cross Train Station easy walking distance. The reception staff were out standing and super friendly and helpful with finding cafes near by. The rooms were very nice and clean. The only negative was there was no spare blanket, which we needed, but after a call to reception, one was brought up to us. We will definitely be back next time in Melbourne

This is one of the most stylish, elegant and not only that the staff, cleaning of the room, amenities is just world class. It's a 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 standards, would stay here again it's just so convenient close to southern cross station, restaurants etc
