Stayed there for two weeks during a business trip. The location is great. The room is good and spacious. Breakfast is almost the same everyday but it's good, specially the coffee is amazing. Helpful staff. Very close to multiple marts like 7 eleven and also very close to Tram station. Lots of restaurants nearby, specially Indian Restaurants. Recommended

Location is great, reception staff were friendly & helpful enough. Coffee pods in the room are awful, so is the breakfast coffee, so this would be an extra cost for my fellow coffee snobs. Rooms ok, but the air-conditioning stopped working twice during our 5-day stay. 1st night they located us to another room on the same level so we didn't have to move our belongings. 2nd time was after a busy day, we were very hot after getting back to our room and needed to get ready to go out. The maintenance man came out, sorted it within 40 mins but I was very flustered for dinner by this point. Windows do not open so you're relying on the flow from the air conditioner. We didn't use the mini bar. The last 2 nights, some guys thought it was funny to knock on our door (#720) past 10pm after coming out of the lifts. They ran to their room down the hall before I could see them.

Stayed over the New Year. Excellent location. Room was big but aircon noted to drop/stopped early morning which makes the room warm. Informed reception the following day and was advised that they will have it fix but same thing happened on the consecutive days we were there. Good buffet breakfast but same menu everyday for the 3 mornings we availed. Cleaning requested but dismayed that it was not properly done. Hair strands and mould still in the bathroom floor and carpet was not vacuumed. Staff are nice though which make up for the shortcomings we experienced during our stay.

A fabulous hotel with easy access to all major attractions. Loved my room. Food can get better to suit a range of palates. Staff are in a hurry to pack up breakfast and not ready to help🤨 However, most helpful front office staff.

Lovely hotel. Bedroom was a lovely size and clean. My only comment would be the air-conditioning appeared to be a bit noisy in room 805 even though I thought I'd switched it off. Breakfasts were a great spread. Location was great for exploring inner Melbourne.
