The highlight was the indoor/outdoor pool. Part of the pool has a see through glass floor, which was great. Also, you can look out onto chapel St from in the pool. The staff were amazing. I told them about my claustrophobia in elevators, and they happily opened the fire escape stairs for me. Thank you so much. The shower pressure was great and the bed comfortable. Housekeeping was a little loud when cleaning the rooms next door. Apart from that, perfect stay

An excellent hotel in a modern area. There's full kitchens, windows that open, and some rooms have balconies. All amenities are modern, showers are not UK swing glass style. The bedding was very comfortable.

Hotel and Location are perfect! Had a lovely stay, drinks at the restaurant and then dinner at one of the many brilliant restaurants to choose from in walking distance, swam in the indoor - outdoor pool so clean and fresh best I’ve seen in a long time, we will definitely be back, thank you!

Deluxe suite didn't look anything like what was advertised online, nice enough, but feels very outdated and getting old - needs maintenance. My sink had a massive crack in the porcelain was peeling off. Breakfast.......horrendous, grossly overpriced and everything was too cold to eat $77 you should keep in your pocket. Was given miss information on arrival- took $100 "bond" for incidentals but told our charges to the room would come off this - standard. Upon checking out the reception charged another $133 (for our 2 cold Breakfast meals) and said that the other $100 we paid on arrival had nothing to do with this account and would be given back in 5 business days or however long our bank takes 🤬 Double dipped in my opinion and I was NOT happy as my sister who also stayed DID not have the same outcome....they simply took Breakfast off her deposit. Would not recommend - I'm sure other hotels would treat guests better and you would get more value for $ elsewhere

Night Manager less compassionate and helpful than a Service Station attendant!! I was locked out of my home and without a phone so I decided to stay at The Olsen. I explained my situation to the Night Manager and asked if I could use a computer or phone to transfer some more money into my Mastercard to pay for accommodation. The answer was an inflexible NO. He acted as if hotel policy was The Law. He was a leader (Manager) but was unwilling to use his discretion and help out someone in need. No way to treat a regular at the hotel who is even an Accor member. So, I went to the Shell service station nearby snd the attendant kindly allowed me to use his phone without hesitation.
