Location is good. On my first night, the body cleanser was empty, and we can't reach the reception. After reaching the reception, it was already time for bed. On subsequent days, the housekeeping was only partial. One bed was packed but the other was not. There was one day that the clean towels were not topped up. On the last day, the taxi that we booked through the concierge was cancelled but we were not informed, causing us to rush for our flight.

The location is the only reason that I choose Pullman Melbourne city centre. But their service is way beyond my expectations. Great service and friendly staff. The breakfast is so beautiful and delicious. We normally don’t have breakfast, but their food is too delicious to miss any meals. Me and my husband are extremely satisfied with our stay. We will definitely stay when we visit Melbourne CBD again. Highly recommended.

Modern clean and spacious room - we booked a deluxe King with separate bedroom from the living area. Comfortable bed. We loved the large rooftop bar and restaurant. Hotel parking is 1 block away which was a bit inconvenient.
