Firstly, contact the VenueNow team by submitting an enquiry or speaking to one of our team members online or over the phone. We'll need to collect a few details from you, such as your: - Event type - Number of people attending - Preferred event date & time (and if this is flexible) - Budget (per person or total) - Room layout - Food and beverage / catering requirements - Any other requirements Once we've gathered these details, the VenueNow team will contact the team at The Provincial to check: 1) Can they host the event on your preferred date / time? If not, what are some alternate dates / times? 2) What is the estimated cost based on your event requirements? This process tends to take around 1 business day on average to receive a response from the venue. Once we've received a response, the VenueNow team will contact you as soon as possible. If you're happy with the proposed price and dates / times, the VenueNow team will connect you with The Provincial to finalise your booking (which may include a site visit if you choose to do so). VenueNow provides this service free of charge to you as we are paid a small fee by The Provincial if you book via us.

This venue can accommodate for cocktail style capacity of 80 people and the Seated capacity is at 50 people. Outdoor / Semi-Private / Private Host an unforgettable al fresco event in the Courtyard. The partially-covered outdoor space oozes character with its colorful murals and laidback atmosphere. The Cozy Parlour Function Space

This venue can accommodate 150 people standing and 90 people seated it can be booked privately on your desired events requirements.  Located upstairs, The Salon will take your breath away with its old-world Parisian charm and superb outlook over Brunswick Street. This large, split-level space has its own private bar, two fireplaces, and beautiful chandeliers. This room is perfect for sit-down dinners, wedding receptions, cocktail parties, and conferences, and has even hosted fashion parades and art shows!

The Lovely Salon Function Space 

The standing capacity for this space is 80 people and 50 if seated. The Chameleon Bar is ideal for smaller events such as birthdays and cocktail parties. The timber floors and terrazzo murals create a warm and rustic charm, whilst the large windows opening out onto Johnston Street allow your guests to soak up the atmosphere of the vibrant Fitzroy precinct.
