Room was great, a coffee machine in the room would be even better though. Otherwise the room had all I needed and nice views of the bay. A nice welcome package for being a Gold member too. Some of the common areas of the hotel are looking a little dated but the rooms are great which is the most important part. The pool could do with some upgrading at some stage.

We had a good stay. Really nice room and view is amazing. Front staff was very nice and helped with checking, parking and all. Even try their best to give us a good view room. Special thanks to PK from reception for the warm welcome. But I'm bit disappointed to say that I had very bad experience too. I called room service to ask milk and they said "we are busy. You can come and get it if you want. If not, it will take a while." I was shocked and disappointed on that comment. Anyhow I told them bring some and I'll wait. Its fine. They told me 20min but it never came. And called again for toothbrush as we didn't bring any. They said they will bring it and that never came too. We waited until our check out time and nothing came. Bit disappointed on this and as I was expecting a great service since the start of the service, from the reception was amazing.

Excellent family hotel - hard working and very friendly staff who made us feel at home. Nothing was ever too much and Mandy, Tamie, Joe, Emily and the entire team were so professional and deserve high praise. The food was excellent and the breakfast offer is top class. The level of outside noise made the rooms difficult to sleep in on hot nights - especially if you wanted to keep your balcony door open and the air-conditioning off. The hotel's central location however is excellent, and the Novotel is very close to all the main attractions. Yes, thanks to the wonderful staff, we will be coming back...and look forward to it.

Located near water with plenty of things to do locally. Rooms clean & tidy with everything in them All the team friendly & welcoming. Bar great for just having a drink. Breakfast and Dining great, all with plenty of options.

Right in front of the beach in Geelong. Supposedly checked in earlier but they were too busy. At first I felt bothered as we had to wait really long and membership allows to check in early, however I realised how busy and fully booked they were and instead just waited at the lobby as it was a very hot summer day. As I got into the room, it was on a nice floor level with a nice view. Complimentary wine and note on the side plus extra complimentary drinks made me so happy. ❤️ Will definitely book with them again. Service from staff has been wonderful and very professional. It's now one of my favourite accor hotels. Definitely will recommend. 👌
