We stayed for NYE with the children. The hotel is nice, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The artwork throughout the hotel was fantastic. The location is great too. We took advantage of the discounted all-day parking, which was convenient. In the future, we would forgo the breakfast package, was not what we had expected.

My family recently stayed at Larwill - Melbourne for 11 nights. I especially want to call out hotel staff, Marge for her superb service to ensure our stay was comfortable and lovely. One particular incident really highlights Marge's above and beyond service attitude. We were looking for a scale to weigh the luggage before we got on the airplane. We found the hotel does not have a scale to weigh the luggage. Marge immediately said she would bring one from her house for us to borrow. WOW! She is just excellent. We definitely will return to this hotel at Melbourne in the future because of Marge

For parents needing a urgent stay recommended by the hospital it’s not a great option if you don’t have toiletries plus the lack of room service and no food available at all except uber eats and the no water available in the room unless as the receptionist said you get it from the Tap it’s a expensive hotel to not even provide a bottle of water. I wouldn’t stay there again the only bonus was being able to walk back to the hospital. The fake smiling receptionist needs to check herself completely inappropriate behaviour.

The staff were absolutely amazing, very kind and caring to me and my son who has autism with severe anxiety and dietary needs. They had went above and beyond to help my son with his food allergies and his sensory needs. I can’t wait to come back soon for when we have to go back to Melbourne for more tests. I had a great time at hotel!! The room was super comfy, and the staff really made my stay. Big thanks to Austin, Amelia, Bansi and Forgot her name (south american lady) who worked in NZ as well. Definitely recommend this place!
