Awesome venue! Great location, close to the freeway, heaps of parking. The room was clean, neat and very comfortable. The service from the reception was outstanding. They made the check-in & check-out very smooth. A great restaurant in the building too.

Room was very well presented, the lighting and switches were a bit frustrating though. Parking & public transport access really good. Walk to shopping centre and food options. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open at times which were suitable for my stay, however, concierge was very helpful in directing me to very good alternative options. Room was surprisingly quiet considering it was next to the train line, very appreciative of the insulation against outside noise.

Stayed in the King apartment. Awesome. So much room, very clean. Food on site was great too. Highly recommend.

Incredible staff - I have to say , I stay all over Australia for work in every city - this hotel far exceeded what i expected. Normally I would stay central Melbourne - however with work o needed to be close by . The area was not my style - but the hotel was like an oasis in amongst the aweful surroundings. Maybe if I investigated more I might of found something more positive - but let’s stick to the hotel - super clean , room nice size and for price point amazing . Towels ! Love the big bath towels and thick and soft . But what impressed me most was how kind everyone was - engaging cleaning staff - every day hello and they looked Happy ! So management please take care of them !!! They made a difference in my day . If you need to stay in the area . I would recommend highly .

Incredible rooms and fantastic service. I had a complex situation with multiple mixed corporate/private bookings and Anthony helped arrange everything into one easy extended stay and even managed a room upgrade to boot. Will definitely be back if I get the chance.
