I really like this hotel - its great for stopping in when you're traveling - rooms are clean and the venue is beautifully appointed. Restaurant and bar offer a decent range of food - I've enjoyed eating there for breakfast buffet and dinner. room service options are great. Staff are friendly, professional and polite, happy to assist with inquiries. Very accommodating to guests needs. The service at the sebel really stands out for me. The staff have been fantastic at each stay. If they had a pool this would easily be a 5 star hotel. Best in the area.

Everything in this hotel is superb. Definitely More than what we expected, Room super cozy, clean and very luxurious and modern. Has everything we needed, definitely not expecting all of the other cooking stuff, we were so happy to see them in our room.. Car park price is super affordable. Excellent service. Receptionist are so wonderful. house keeping superb always up to date. The most cleanest hotel we have ever stayed. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

The Sebel at Ringwood was a great stay, very nice rooms, modern and clean. Check in was easy and quick as we arrived around half hour before 2pm check in. The bathroom was beautiful with a very nice shower, hot and strong! Position was great with a major shopping centre and Costco nearby, easy walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was good and the onsite parking for $10 convenient. Thanks and would stay again if in vicinity, we were going to a wedding nearby so it was perfect for us on this occasion.

Lovely. Spacious room. The room was very stuffy, which we thought was due to the sun hitting the window. However, after returning to the room after being out for a function, the room was still hot. Reception came up and reset the system, but it was not great. We were offered a different room. But it was late and we decided not to move rooms. At checkout, I asked about some form of compensation. We were offered $10... Staff were very pleasant and responsive.

Our family stayed at the Sebel for 2 nights. What exceptional customer service!! The staff were so lovely and attentive to our needs. We received a discount as we were attending family wedding at Bramleigh Estate. I highly recommend staying here ... the room was clean and the restaurant down stairs was amazing, including the staff. Thank you Sebel Ringwood for making our stay so memorable and special:)
